This house is close to the Ibiraquera beach, on the hill between the lagoon and the ocean.... previldged vie as well

I'm not sure, but.. I think those palms are native to that place... sincerelly cant think about someone planting it there, because they are all over the place, not just in that spot.
I took a picture of a hill, where you can see those palms among the vegetation.
Will post the picture for you.

Queen Palms are probably the 3rd most widely planted palm in San Diego. They naturalize and are so widely planted as a street tree here.
I do know they're native to southern Brazil.
