Interesting shapes :o)

So beautiful, I used to dry these and then varnish them, they kept for ten years until I left them outside in the rain!

Lulu... did you dry individual pieces or whole sections ?

Whole sections but that was a long time ago, I wouldn't remove whole sections now. I also dried and varnished Fly Agaric amongst others, sadly no photos....

Seems a fascinating idea !

Found the photo!! Varnished tree fungus...hope you can get an idea as it's a photo of a photo!
