Really should split them up .the Squirrels striped every flower off a week ago they are now covered with wire to keep the vermin at bay.

Amy could be either the squirels here take the stems of near the ground,you can see a bit of the damage at ground level,Birds tend to peck the flower only.

I will be looking at the stems to try to tell the difference Bjs , we do have squirrels here ,they steal all the fruit !

Amy tell me about it,last year they got into the roof space of my very elderly neighbour and chewd the insulation off the cable that carries the electric to her shower, it does not bear thinking about what could have happened.If only jamie would catch more,2 in five years not good enough, i must remember not to feed him so often.

Tell Jamie they're easier to catch when they're young - Misty caught 9 in 13 days a few years ago, the kites enjoyed them, lol.

Dawn its not you being dim its me doing things when i am half asleep the same batch of pictures had the picture of the early Rhododendron and i shorten it to Rhodos except i forgot the H.

I know it's probably better for them to be split-but don't they (or should I say, 'didn't they' !)look fantastic in big clumps.
