Gee as soon as i saw it i had to get it, it is a miniture and only grows 1.2 metres so going to put it in large pot. Linda it was a bargain not very often homebase as anything so cheap, as i find them abit dear sometimes.

Thanks girls, Jane under the gravel are some tatty old slabs, got fedup with keep preasure washing them so put these down, alot easyer.
24 Feb, 2011
Ian's been washing our concrete area today Carol, he says it all needs to come up which'll be a big job, before putting pebbles down. How do you get on with yours with the slabs underneath?
24 Feb, 2011
Jane i find its fine, with the slabs being underneath there is never any weeds come through. Had these pebbles down about 4-5yrs now.

Tetrach that sounds about right for me.
26 Feb, 2011
Mind you Clarice, £9.99 is still cheap and you do have a lovely specimen and, I must admit, yours does look taller.
26 Feb, 2011
Hi Tetrarch, just had a friend call round for a cupper, and he got one from B&Q for 6-99, he had seen some in tesco and he said both Tessco and B&Q ones are only little, this one is nearly full grown, so now i'm glad i got this one when i did.
27 Feb, 2011

Hubby came home with one for me too (he went to Tesco for his bread). It is much shorter than yours, Clarice, but still a good price at £7 I think.
Not sure if I'll put it in a container or directly in the soil... something to ponder. Hope yours is doing well, Clarice.
Seems a few of us have been able to get them this year :)

I love these, Clarice, and what a good buy. I had one in my old garden and it was beautiful. Wish I'd bought it with me.
