I'm in Merseyside....but as my hubby's mom used to say....yes, we were part of Lancashire and them it all changed and we were lumped into Merseyside.
So....I could just about slip in as a Lancastrian by adoption....actually a transplanted Canadian....living in the UK since 1983...lol

It's just gone noon here and it's brightening up....so I do hope you find the weather similar in Altrincham...I think you said it was Dunham Massey you were hoping to visit today.
I'm exhausted after the interrupted sleep I had last night. Lucy was quite unsettled and wandering around meowing a lot. We haven't worked out why but I think she may be a bit off due to the exciteable visit for several hours yesterday of our grandchildren. That visit wore me out as well.
Have a great day out, San. Pleased you consider our part of the globe still Lancs. :)

sorry iv only just got back to this jacquie, spoken to you since on other pic etc, just wanted to appologise, didnt egnore you just cant keep up at times, hope lucy is doing ok now, once they can go out it makes such a difference, casper has to be in for 10 at latest and sleeps pretty well unless the cat over the road calls for him early lol

Not a problem, San...it's hard to keep up with all the busyness of GoY now that spring is here, especially. Lucy has found a new spot to sleep which she seems to prefer... behind the sofa (she's there now, all curled up). It is directly under the radiator so I think that will be why she has chosen the spot.
She had her 2nd vaccination yesterday and as a result she is very tired and sleeping a lot today. I think I'm in love with her :) Aww.....girlfriend calling for Casper...how cute!
24 Mar, 2011
aww its not hard to love them jacquie, so cute and need us so much, casper has 3 girlfriends, one either side and one over the road, so we know he isnt far lol

I'm a beginner gardener and wonder if I'd identified your climbing plant correctly....is it honeysuckle? I'm looking for ideas to cover a wire fence at the rear of our garden and this looks a vigorous plant.
