New table and chairs for courtyard

I'm a fan of wicker too...they even have some now that is plastic (looks like wicker) but looking at the prices it will be a long wait before we get any! lol

These are wicker, I wanted something a bit different and a bit more comfy to sit in to eat breakfast. They've had 2 coats of yacht varnish to stop them falling to bits, I will overwinter them in the shed to keep them out of the wost of the winter weather. You can buy similar chairs quite cheaply (£15 each) from IKEA, a tin of varnish and Bob's your uncle :o)

I'd never thought about protecting them with varnish...I also love them when they are painted white. Maybe need to have a rethink on this. Thanks for the info/tip, Mandy.
