I'm glad you like the cobbles Paul, those are the slate, riverwashed that I went to Exmoor to find.
As to how it's going to turn out, you never know till the final grout...(think I will have that as my Epitaph!!)

I've just changed it a bit!! Put butterfly in the gap top right and it's flying down rays of sunshine just touching the flower!!
Gee, My husband, very bravely indeed has just bought it over to the house, in high winds and the glass is not stuck down yet! I get a bit lonely in my studio and sometimes want to work on the mosaics in the house!

What would you have done to him if he'd lost all the bits? :) Hope the weather is a bit calmer for you today.

LOL Not! He was a brave man! It's finished now, just the grout drying and then I have to decide whether to paint the grout a bit, so it's not quite so white against all the colour.
Weather is calm today, no wind and lots of grey, again!
