Funny that! I heard a pheasant this afternoon, he must have been in the field. Must be the time of year for them!

Lucky Pru, Jazz and Sluggs are not there, they just spent the afternoon chasing pheasants, it's their very favourite past time!! We had a tame one who came to eat near the bird table but the dogs just go crazy at the patio doors so they don't stay long :0(.
My Dad & mum wont even invite the pups as he has moorhens in the garden and out dogs just can't resist!!

Never had them since we moved to the bungalow but at the cottage they were very regular visitors, nice o see them again! must post you a picture when I get time to dig them out!

He obviously knows you are a pair of soft touches..

Pheasant lovely bird Val. Also lovely on the dinner plate.Followed by Rhubarb and custard.

John, thats awful, it came back the next day in the front garden, not seen it since, hope its not on anyones plate. Lol

Probly not Yorkie tho I dont know what its like as a main dish..only had it in game pie!

I've never tried it either, maybe we should stick with the beef and yorkshire puddings.
