Monster Moon!

Really fab photo, I am just going to go out now, but I hear its cloudy!!! Lol.

Wrap up warm, it was very chilly :(

I did see the moon Gee, but it seemed quite small to me???!!!! Took photo but no good.

I think it only appeared really big when it was rising or setting and low on the horizon, Grandmage. I was going to get up early this morning to try another shot but, um, I overslept :) I think it was cloudy anyway - it certainly is now!

this is really great ~ this was the super moon wasnt it? i tried so hard to get a photo ~ cos from here it really looked as tho it had 2 eyes and a mouth ~ it was just like the man in the moon!! but i didnt succeed!!
you must have been using that super long lens again!?? were you using a tripod too? i quite fancy upgrading my camera so that i have a longer lens but i cant hold the really heavy ones steady.
im hoping they will invent a lightweight camera with a superzoom!! oh yes and with little feet so that you dont have to carry a tripod round!!
