Hello David, yes they are, and they are gorgeous right now, do not know the Latin name.

Can understand your caption better, now. Latin name can be either Erysimum or Cheiranthus. Often a mixture of both is applied, eg. Erysimum cheiri, Cheiranthus cheiri. Why do they do that to us??? Lol! :-) Glad that they are putting on a great show for you!
