More of the plants in the front yard...looking out the front door. So many plants are very green and lush this year, we've had almost double our normal rainfall for the season (for my neighborhood). Luckily, due to all the rain, our 7 year drought has ended. Photo taken March 24, 2011.

Typically, we don't get so much rain here in San Diego. However, this year we've had almost double our rainfall...then when it gets warm or hot the weeds explode into growth. This past week I had about 2 inches (5cm) of rain here...and next week the temps are suppose to be up to 82ºF/28ºC. The weeds will continue to grow like crazy.
