i think that anything on a euphorbia will make a pretty strong contrast, but really this was an excuse for taking a piccie as i got myself a new dinky lidl camera yesterday! so i need the practice
i loved te way it positioned itself right in the middle of the flower, the whole plant was waving madly in the wind so i had no idea of this effect

how did you manage to focus on the ladybird while the plant was waving in the wind?

hi stickytoffee
i had answered your question but just noticed that somehow it went its own way and disappeared...??
i didnt focus particularly, just pointed camera at ladybird and hoped for the best with all the movement going on.
just one of those terribly lucky beginner shots!
