Glasshouse in a local park

Iresine seems to be around in here all year, Gee. I really like to see how "houseplants" to us are used en masse as underplanting, and look so natural. Our Council parks dept employees are really very clever. :-))

great plant...I also spy the dracaenas in the back! Had one years ago (got it at a Uni plant sale) it grew too tall for my livingroom ceiling...it was 8' plus...called it "Charlemange"...just for fun. Same sale as the Rhoeo...Moses in the Cradle, and Tradescantia (the hairy one from Australia) can't remember it's name. I sure miss the U. Huge plant sales!

Never had plant sales at uni, Lori. I had to resort to illicit cuttings from the botanic gardens.......Ssssssh, don't tell! :-)
