Tet, yes they are there just did not show up against all the magnolia petals.

When I look at this and the green one, viridescens, I can really see that they are part of the same family - ranunculacea- as clematis. That must be why I love them so much!

Yes Karen, my second because Bj's garden is primarily a spring garden and I went in the autumn last year. It is one of the most amazing gardens I have ever seen!

Oooh, sounds lovely, I should go and look at Bj's pics then......once I've bought compost and dug out all the dead stuff ready for taking to the dump tomorrow!! Maybe this evening!
