yes, it's gorgeous here too. Was 70 degrees in the shade today which was a little bit discomforting when you think its only mid April. However, we enjoy it while it lasts and keep a look out for late frosts! Lovely pic!

Oh Anjie, this place is not far from us and we had to let Dylan, let off steam, so a run around here was perfect. This is my daughter, expecting no. two this summer.!

Thanks TT, the woods were lovely and dry to romp through that day and we haven't had rain since!
15 May, 2011
So many parts of the UK desperate for rain, especially London, the South East and East Anglia.....
15 May, 2011
Oh yes TT. I am in the SE. and as I have been away for the last ten days have come back to a very dry garden, I have lost a Camellia :~( cos I moved it when renewing the border, had to water everything, the weeds are looking healthy though!!
15 May, 2011
That's a pity about your Camellia ... :o(
I've been watering lots and lots of plants... not always easy to predict which ones are likely to suffer most from the drought ... but anything recently planted is certainly vulnerable... roses are flowering well after the icy cold winter...
15 May, 2011
Who'd have thought we would have no rain?? Crazy. I suppose Roses if established will cope, they are wonderful.
15 May, 2011
It is a bit of a guessing game trying to decide which plants might be thirsty...
... I wonder how much rain we'll get during June/July/August...
15 May, 2011
Usually none! but this is England we are talking about, ha ha. :~)
15 May, 2011
Yes... it could rain every day ... ;o)
15 May, 2011
