This one of the smaller Brazilian Coral tree growing in this area of Balboa Park, San Diego, CA. Photo taken Apr. 27, 2011.

Meanie:
Erythrina falcata grows much slower than all the other species, which grow super fast. It takes a long time for them to get large like the big tree I posted 3 days ago.

Thanks! I'll be posting a pic of the largest one I've ever seen...which is located near downtown San Diego. The tree is probably more than 70/22m tall. This tree is even larger than I've seen them growing in Hawai'i (a truly tropical climate).
