Agreed, Meanie. That's why I'm happy that it's on the fringes of the bush and the backyard...it can do what it likes...it's one area I won't have to mow. and it's so pretty and smells so nice, I can forgive it for surviving where others don't.

Mine don't seem to spread very much. In fact they probably haven't got going at all.

One of my favourite flowers and such a beautiful scent, Lori. Enjoy it's beauty...it's nature's gift to you :)

Hi Whistonlass...glad you found me. I put a blog on my other page to tell my friends my new handle.
They seem to take a good long time to become established, Sticki...so don't worry. They are stayers... I've seen them happily growing along the verges of old farm roads where the farm and the house have ceased to exist but the garden perennials are still flourishing!

It is very sweet looking plant.Invasive is okay for me as far as it has sweet fragnance.

I agree Camillia...it is also an attractive ground cover once it finishes it's spring flush of flowers.
