Sugar Snaps

It's been a good year for sugar snaps this year. they're good eaten raw with salads (the whole thing, not just the peas inside the pod) or cooked whole. They're very greedy feeders though, so they're growing in home-made garden compost.

I just love sugar snaps and they are really nice eaten when very thin and sliced with salad.
