They are hardy Meanie they survive the winters very well ,in fact I moved these last year and must have missed some because they are still growing where they where previously ,I have two clumps now !
Thanks Scotkat they look delicate because there are no leaves ,they stand up nice and straight by themselves approx 1ft high .....

that is beautiful,Amy..I love all blue flowers..but this shade is gorgeous..I am going to look out for one of these,for my gravel area..:o) I haven't heard of this one before..
