I saw this as DD's and at Spritz's open days...such a marvellous velvety red, lots of blooms, a real sonofagun rose!
And I find Polish Spirit very vigorous DD, do you agree?

Gosh that's an early Polish Sprit Daisy...well perhaps not for you. Mine won't flower much before August here.

Karen all the clematis have been a month early this year, and some of the roses....

Yes, and here am I still anticipating a lot of roses and clematis to come....I think I'd rather have it like this than all coming early and at once.....mind you DD, my garden is as flooded today as it was in 2007, so if it carries on like this, there may well not be any more roses! :(

Time for your pond?......only kidding, at least we will be able to enjoy all your roses and clems when ours have all finished, something to look forward to K. It is raining here too, but unlike you we need every drop.
