It's very sheltered and in the sun all day!! The steps in this photo are near the kitchen back door, so I can easily nip up with food and drinks. We wanted them to have a secret steps feel. You can't actually see them when you look down the wall from the other end! If that makes sense..... Jx

Thank you Stroller. All the stone has come from around the farm, so we haven't had to buy any in - thankfully! And it also matched the house!
