Thanks for that. its definately looking thicker. Ive noticed that the blades of grass are thicker too. I havn't done anything to it apart from use weed and feed. Its improved alot down the right hand side of the lawn aswell.

Lots of dry patches on ours, where it faces due South...not able to do much about it with the temperatures being so high...late night watering is the best for us...

watering over here is not a problem really. as you all know about the british weather.:(
