They don't curl up together our Cats...they all sleep in different places...we've got covers everywhere, as their hair gets on everything...and they're are quite good, they'll sleep on the covers normally...At the mo we've got visitors, and the bedroom door was left open, quick as a flash, they're in...I have to make sure all cupboard doors are closed, that has any bedding, or soft goods stored, Elkie will be curled up fast asleep...Love em to bits tho... :))

Have you noticed cats don't curl up anymore..they stretch out just like Humans...H sleeps with one arm over his head, Elkie sleeps at times with one paw covering her eyes...
Even my old lady Snoball stretches out on her tummy to sleep... lol...

I sometimes wake up with Suki's arm over my neck! lol
Not sure if she's trying to strangle me or cuddle me;)

Especially as Sluggy has chewed up her new dog bed!

Oh dear Lulu...not good, hope Sluggy doesn't chew the bed... :)) They are so funny, each with their own characters...Ours are not like the norm Cats, they won't eat together, or sleep curled up together...even chase each other off sometimes...rarely play together...strange bunch... lol

Thanks Suey...These are the two youngsters...we have an 8 and 9 year old too... :)))
The younger one Sweetie...was dumped in our garden as a tiny Kitten...she was hiding under a plant pot...
The elder one Elkie, was offered to us by one of our neighbours.....

Such lovely cats, my old cat used to love the airing cupboard. Sometimes gave me a nasty turn if I reached in for something. She would also tap me on the shoulder from a kitchen unit when I was alone in the house. Evil sense of humour she had. Our two dogs also sleep on our bed...or anywhere come to that:-)

Thank you Bornagain...I do remember your two dogs in the sun spot.. :))) they look so sweet...and at least they'll lay together, ours wont...Elkie is the one for Linen cupboards, or anywhere she can find somewhere to hide away for a nap...even a shopping bag lol...

Thanks Barbara....
Our little one Sweetie....she has had her litter tray since day one...and never a problem with her....When she is out playing, all of a sudden she will come belting in from the field, and if the door is closed, she will scrap at the glass like doggies do, and then make a mad dash for the tray....Bizarre, she's got the whole field to use, but no...she must use her own loo...lol...I'm sure she was a dog in a previous life..she lays down at the side or near to you and waits while you do things...always comes to check where you are too...the only thing you can't do is pick her up, she will attack...I don't know why, I think maybe something happened to her, that she associates with being picked up...she was the one that was dumped in our garden as a baby...

I used to have a cat when Karen was a baby, I would push her in her pram over the back lanes and fields to a shop and the cat would follow me, I used to have to pick it up and hide it in my jacket to go in the shop, the lady in the shop was brilliant she used to tell me not to worry. I was always frightened that the cat would get run over on the busy road. It used to sit there inside my jacket while I picked up everything I needed and then we would go back home across the fields with him following behind like a little dog at heel. lol. I do love cats, but not had one for years, might get one when Scruffy my westie is no longer here. He is nearly 14 now, and lives up to his name. He is never clean, always out in the garden with me. Not quite as active these days as he was. Deaf as a post, but eats like a horse, always eats his food so cannot be a lot wrong with him. :o)))))

Very nice indeed Sue...... They take over our homes hey LOL !!!
Had a look at you cats, and they all very good. Hope Snowbol is still doing well........
How exciting moving from Isle of Wight to France and starting you garden from scratch. I used to know someone from Sundown and always wanted to visit there many years ago.
Enjoy your garden :-)
