They're a popular, common tree/shrub here in San Diego.

Thanks! Yes, most of the Jacarandas are done blooming...however, some trees still have sporadic blooms.
All the plumeria and African Tulip trees are in full bloom now, too. I waiting for the Peltophorum pterocarpum (Yellow Poinciana) trees to bloom now. I haven't taken any pics in 3 summers of this tree in bloom.
