Hey Karen...it's almost worth buying a lake, just to have the beauty of something like that fantastic Willow....mind you the Willow would have to be well established already lol....
Near us there are Lakes, and they're several overhanging the water, and they give off such a calmness...

It would be lovely to have a lake, Sue...
(and a housekeeper and ground staff! lol!!)
...only trouble is, looking after land is a full time job - too much for me on my own...I'm happy just looking at this one willow! lol! :))

Better keep an eye on my £2 willow from Morrisons if they get that big.But it is lovely.
