I had no luck with a perennial Phygelius and I thought these were annuals when I bought them so put in pots. Do you think if I put them in the garden they will survive Crissue?

Hi D...I did have mine in the garden, and in Autumn cut it back, mulched and covered to protect...We've got a different climate to you...having said that we do now get some heavy frosts and snow...and it survived...You could try one of yours to see how it fares...and take it from there....
