Yes Granmage our country looks like a dumping ground of litter and no longer quiet going from what I recall from my youth only certain areas exist like this now only for the rich

My husband and I (I do sound regal) were saying the same thing and the fact that most rural properties in France have such a lot of land with them. Their veggie patches are a wonder to behold.

Lol Cammomile just like we use to have homes that had land to have your own allotment with in your own garden, clean streets now they build house like pigeon holes hardly no garden and streets filled with litter no one has pride now in their own country whats left of it.

You are right Cam. their allotments as you drive by on the motorways etc are incredibly tidy and packed with produce, wonderful.

Lol Grandmage we ll have to make a wish then mine would be for the uk to return to the quaint un crowded towns, cities and village greens.

Think you might have to wait for a pretty long time for that one, my wish would be for 'peace' .
