Have a look at Clematis Crystal fountain? or Clematis 'Multi blue'

If its Crystal fountain the centre of the white will turn green.

Difficult to tell from this photo re true colour as it should be more lilac than blue if it is a Crystal Fountain SP. Thats why I thought of a 'Multi blue' as well? I saw a Cry Foun recently and thought it was lovely didnt know about it changing to green though.

Yes Denise your right about true colour it does look very much like Multy Blue as Crystal Fountain is more a purple, here is a Multy Blue doubling up which does look simular when single at first also Crystal Fountain for you to see the white centre turning green.

No SP Crystal Fountain is definitely not a purple, its a lilac colour. This photo is so like CF that I still wonder if its the shot that is making it look blue rather than the Lilac it is? Hopefully Karen will get back to us soon.

No this link is nt working shall up load on my photos for you.
Take a look at the bottom left one the centre is white but has nt opened same blue and white patches on the petals too my camera does nt show up like the above but is just like it for the vivid blue, other than that we ll have to await to see if she says lilac or blue as it looks.

Hi thanks for all your comments on my clematis, the flowers are more blue than lilac. I didn't plant it so thats why i dont know its name. regards Jane.
