Beautiful! Have never seen a tulip like this before.

me either,apparently they flower all the time throughout the summer the other colour they do is a white one but i feel the pink one has the edge.

I'd love to see the white but think you are probably right Numbty!

It's Curcuma alismatifolia, a member of the Ginger family. Definitely tender and must come indoors for the winter.

I have a pot of Turmeric in the pantry, and knew i'd seen the word before...Curcuma Moulu...Turmeric Ground...Just got it out and smelled it, sure smells of Turmeric a member of the Ginger family...:))) something else learned...
