but it's a veg after all, lol. So maybe when you'll be making yourself a sandwich - put few of those blue petals on top of your lettuce.. lol

I think it is too late....advice is to remove a few of the head for cooking and allow the remainder to go to flowers. I grew mine for the flowers so wasn't too fussed about harvesting any.
Have all the heads gone to flower?

errr well i only have the one Scots :/ but I have a few nice jerusalem ones so am looking for ward to having those
