Thanks Sixpence, yes it did stand up to some pretty bad weather hopefully next year the weather won't be so rough and it will last a bit longer. Glad you like the plaque shall be looking out for more bargains:)

Yes lets hope we do get better weather in future but I doubt if we will till after 2012 as on the 21st I think of December next year, we will have all the planets lining up with is the cause of all the earth quakes weather etc going on now, next year we will have 3 blue moons in one year too, watch out for the 23 of september again in November not sure what day in Novemeber this year.

I think the garden colors are gorgeous Nana. Sad to lose one, but still looking good and well done.
