Wonderful Palmate...Digital cameras don't get true reds or purples for some reason

My newer digital camera captures reds better than my older digital camera (it used to make red: orange). However, purple is another issue, as you can see. lol!

It can be a b#gger of a colour to capture!
My T.urvilleana is nearly in bloom.

That's great. The T. urvilleana here are all in full bloom, also. I hate to get photos of T. urvilleana (Pincess Flower) because they always look horrible (always blue instead of royal purple).

I need to get photos of T. granulosa. or semidecandra the flowers tend to have a little more red/pink in them. They may come out pretty well (I think).

The tiny purple blooms are priceless.

It does require a few adjustments to the camera to capture the colour........

I need to find out what the adjustments are on my camera.

On mine, I go into the exposure mode where I can adjust the exposure compensation - a plus figure reduces the "red" making blues truer.
