These Morning Glory were joined by self-sown Sunflowers on our plot. I took this longer shot so as to be able to show them off in perspective.

There is only ONE plant there! It's a multi-headed one that is self-sown from the plants we had last year.
The Morning Glory have given a tremendous display but are now coming to an end. :-(( They seem to be a new variety as the flowers stay open all day & don't die around midday when the weather is warm - or HOT - as it has been of late!
There are more Sunflowers - some self-sown others sown by me. During the week I will probably make up another blog with the sate of the allotment to date. As I was away for 10 days the plot has got terribly overgrown. There will also be a lot of things to harvest.
