Heuchera 'lime marmalade'...(survived a bad attack of rust)

I love this colour..and didn't know they had a rust problem..is it specific to this one,or other Heuchera's as well ?

I like that colour certainly looks healthy now,Bloomer if we have much more rain we will all have rust.

Its called Heuchera Rust Bloomer (Puccinia Heucherae) specific to Heucheras and Saxifraga and it wont spread to any other plants...The fungicide needed contains Triadimefon or Thiophanate-Menthyl (FYI)...I couldnt find this fungicide, so i dug it the plant out of the border, cut all the leaves off, repotted it and sprayed it with the fungicide i had...It seems ok now, oh and i dont allow it to get too much rain and it needs plenty of air circulation....Bet you're wishing you hadn't mentioned it now...lol
Bjs, that's what i was thinking... pale coloured Heucheras are more susceptible to this type of rust...

Hope it stays like this Cinderella...Im going to plant it in a raised area with yellow flowering Sedum and short red Tulips....:>)

Well, not that I am aware of, but my Lime Ricky did have a few browny leaves, which I thought was scorch. Nice to be aware though.
