Yes, I agree, it is lovely and nice and private too with all that evergreen colour all around. I like it very much. I am thinking of having another Acer too. I have two in pots on my patio, and a blueberry that is struggling, so I thought I'd swap it for another Acer.

i quite like the satisfaction of watching them grow ~ only one that didnt make it and it was a tiny one.
i worry too much about spending a lot of money and then it might die!!

Absolutely gorgeous. I have one of these Acer Shiras.....
It's not doing very well. It wasn't cheap and I will be mad if it dies!!!
Yours is to die for!!!!!!
There are some lovely acers out there, you will have a tough time making your mind up which one too choose. I wouldn't know where to begin to make a suggestion.

The colours on your patio look lovely and warm, J. I know what you mean about acers being expensive, though...That's why I only have one small one which was marked down...it's in a pot too

What a lovely area and I love the acers.I miss having a permanent seating area in the sun as we get shaded by all the trees and have to keep moving round the garden to find the sun.
