I'm spending lots of 'quality time' with her at the moment, Sticki, as she has to be 'posted' to Africa very soon... :(

Oh, how does that work? How long will she be 'in the post' for?

A specialist animal transporter will come and collect her...and it could take up to 4 weeks...I'm very apprehensive about it...

They tell me that African Greys travel well...but that's a long time for her to be in a strange and possibly frightening situation...

Poor coco, perhaps she will make friends with the 'postman' ?

When do you go to Africa?

I hope so, Sticki...it's a woman who's coming to get her (I think)...that would be best, because she doesn't like men...I go in two weeks...

Hi J! Yes, she is an African Grey...a 'Congo'...she's very gentle with women...with men she acts very coquettish, lures them in, and then goes for them!!! I can always tell by her eyes what she's going to do! lol!! It's very funny to watch!

Skype's great for international calls, Pixi! Free!!

I'm thinking it would be good for her to keep hearing my voice...

I dont think mine has a password! I speak to my kids on it. It's a bit daunting at first...but you get used to seeing yourself... :/
