Stickitoffee - I don't think so. They're the sort of plant I prefer to put in a pot because I think the foliage gets a bit lost in the garden.

I shall look out for these they would surely brighten any garden, I love their colour and shape. Do you have them in sun or shade?

In a pot on my patio in full sun. They're a very graceful looking plant about 3' tall. [BTW 'TUlbaghia' is the correct name]

Ah, beautiful plant sadly not for me - I don't get full sun anywhere, it's quite a shady garden, due to aspect, a hill and a lot of trees which don't belong to us.

Sticki - Sues is doing rather well in fairly heavy shade (which has proven me wrong!)............
