you lucky lucky Lulu, wonderful ! Reminds me of our mushroom forays back home in Devon as a kid. I can happily eat them raw.

So do we!! It's about the 4th large bucket of mushies we have collected so far this year, along with 2 giant puffballs. Boy these ones have a strong taste. Had some in an omlette and home grown salad last night.
