HAPPY SOLITUDE

Sitting on Solomons rug
Reading his ring, which says,
'And this too shall pass'
Well, I should bloody well hope so!

Sitting again
In happy solitude
On solomons rug,
Infront of the fire
I find that it is my friend.

The same as before

I think the story went that Kind Solomon had a ring with the inscription 'and this to shall pass' engraved on the inside.
It means, happy or sad, it all passes. Happiness back to sadness and sad once more to happy.
