That's really funny because I've just been listening to Mahler's 2nd symphony....I like to do things like that occasionally when I'm on my own, so nobody can see me having a good cry!....anyway, poor Molly, she didn't like it at all, couldn't settle...wrong energy for a Terrier..every time there was a distressing part in the score she got up, ears back,tail down and turned herself around on the bed...poor thing! :))

When my dog Oscar hears Bagpipes, he howls along - not a great sound!!

Animals are very responsive to music, aren't they? When my daughter is home she plays the piano and the cats gather round and lap it up. Fortunately, they prefer to listen than to participate.

Prudence looks like she's really 'in the grove' there. lol
My parents had a labrador who used to 'sing'. She accompanied bagpipes, mouthorgans and, the chimes on ice cream vans! I think she enjoyed it as her tail would wag when she 'sung'. ;o)

Brilliant photo Lulu. I think it must be my strange perspective but when I first looked at it, I thought it was a trick photo that could be entitled - 'Prudence meets villagers of Lilliput' !! maybe its just me....

and another interesting factoid, if the drums sound a bit like they are not up to Ringos' standard it because they are played by McCartney on this track. Ringo would never have played a 1/8 Beat on this but I kinda like it and love the handclaps.
