Thank you Stevie, shall you partner me ? I used to have some of those artichokes years ago. Job to get rid once they take hold. I quite like them actually, done in a white sauce.

Well they have grown huge for a £1s worth of tubers, be interesting to see how much there is and looking forward to cooking them.

They have a smoky flavour Stevie, if you haven't tried them before.
