Anyone know the variety?

As with most Clematis Gillian , always seems to be alternate varieties I m going for c. Niobe - lovely example even if got wrong one.

It is close to my Niobe, though mine is not quite so red, but that could be the photo.

Really tricky Chris to i d even been debate over nellie moser which should be easy to i d .Google clematis niobe and see colour variations in this alone .

Anyone think it might be Jackmanii?
I actually just looked at some of the Niobe pictures and I think that could be it - thanks!
I have another mystery clematis in bud now, I'll need your help on that one when it flowers!
