Better shot of the face, this one came up this year as both this classic and another more purple and yellow mystic up in the herb bed. This populated much of the bed but not many flowered, the biden just swallowed everything up. But I do hope that all those little plants survive under a straw mulch for next spring. Seems the pansies do that here.

Thank you TT. The large red ones I had this year survived on the bank from last year, so I think they will, but here you just never know. :-) Some of mine have been around 5 years already.

Can never be sure what will survive for the following year, even in milder climates... fingers crossed :o)
