To a lot of people the Jewel Orchids flowers are not important............

discolorous: of leaves, with upper and lower surfaces of a different colour.

didnt think white was classified as a colour ~ innit???
but i understand the dictionary definition. The Ludisia part reminds me of the Medici family or someone similar in history.

After Machiavelli, the rest would have been boring! Read the book though - he never really said it was right, just necessary sometimes.
Thanks Plantaholic! They look far more exotic than the easiness of growing them would suggest.
