It's a shame that they're so late as they're delicious!

I halved this one with a friend to taste it this afternoon Meanie , I would love to have more it was delicious , it's disappointing the plants are full of them , I wonder if they will keep through the winter if so they will have an earlier start next year ........

I remember seeing these way back in the 80's Amy..we used to sell them where I worked, and we all wondered what the heck they were..sadly we never got to taste them..

Yes Dawn I have several plants they are approx 2 ft tall, the flowers are small lemon with black markings , some plants still have flowers and fruit on at the same time .. they are nice to eat Sandra I have seen them being used as decoration on deserts in restaurants .......

Me to Angela ,if they are ripe they are very nice , I think we need a longer summer season to ripen them here ....

I had a packet of seed Sue , I started them off in pots in the spring maybe I should have started them off sooner so that they would have had a longer growing season ......
