I agree, J! What a lovely wee tree!

Its really in the wrong place..I have to keep trimming it back from the steps..cant move it now! Did try a couple of years back but the roots are wayyyyyyyyy long and deep!

Grr! Always fatboy and his mates hang about at the top of the steps drinking and eating and throw their rubbish wherever..ususally my garden! You should see the state of theirs!!!!!!!!

sounds very annoying Pixi - no win situation though - can't say anything to folk like that - Pet hate are litter louts really hate them they should live with the rats they encourage !

Well I used to train it but now its so big I cant reach the top ..i just keep it neat. :)
