This bush has quite a few new flowers and buds, ceanothus was a favourite of mine for years...not so much these days, but that blue is lovely.

Lovely blue ..
I have a good number of ceanothus plants around my garden.
They are supposed to be short-lived, but I've not found that to be so ...
