Strong enough to park a car on. Great for scooters, trikes and bikes too.

Thanks Dwyllis, I just saw in you profile that you have planted a veilchenblau climbing rose. I planted the same this year and can't wait to see it flower. How is yours doing? Do you have any pics of it in flower? Nicky

hi. I noticed you have taken a picture when it is raining and the slabs look beautiful. Underneath the table it looks a lot different almost quite grey and not shiny looking. I hope you take no offence to this. I only say this as I want to ask is that the look I can expect in the summertime if I were to purchase this type of slab. Thankyou for your time.

Hi Plowman, yes, the colour you see under the table is the colour it is when dry - a light chalky blue. It's not shiny when dry.
It's Kotah Black Indian Limestone paving.
Have a look at one of my other photos - you'll see a stretch of path in the same material when dry. When we were choosing I really wasn't sure about the extreme change in tone created by dry and wet conditions. Now, I'm so pleased we went with this choice. I enjoy the dramatic effect the two colours have on surrounding foliage.
Good luck with your choice. If you live in the Reading area I can recommend the talented man who completed the work for us. Nicky
