lol I don't believe in diets not one bit, I ve seen to many die through them. just cut down on what you normally eat is what I say.

Thanks all of you. I use to by a box of chocolate for the ribbon and picture. Today you get S.. all to tempt you. It is the same with cards, they use to be so much nicer years ago, glitter, satin, Lace. Anyway no diets, it is the season to be jolly so lets all enjoy this time of year. We are all so lucky to be able to.

We certainly are as those who are no longer with us including some of our young soliders which is so sad for all those that have lost their loved ones.
