have you seen the red brussel sprouts you can get now?

Yes they look great I thought about a mix for Christmas dinner. This was not the photo I meant to up load....Poor Hywel..I meant to put the raindrop one up. it is much nicer.

the raindrop is spectacular i really love it.

we had the red sprouts yesterday ~ really pretty and possibly not as strong a flavour as the others, youngest son cooked that bit for me ~ chopped them up and lightly cooked them in olive oil, bit of chopped chilli, some almonds and cant remember what else ~ can check.
daughter in law made some lovely ones last year with bacon and cream and breadcrumbs on top ~ really good.

cabbage slush might not taste so good.
